These terms describe how Bodor Laser receives RFQ details, CAD references, equipment questions, spare-part requests and service notes through this website. The website is intended for business buyers evaluating tooling, equipment and machinery support. Submitting a form does not create a purchase order, guarantee stock availability, reserve equipment capacity or replace a signed commercial agreement.
RFQ and file submissions
Users are responsible for confirming that they have the right to share drawings, machine data, part numbers, photographs and project descriptions. Bodor Laser may use submitted information to review feasibility, clarify assumptions, prepare a response, route the request to an appropriate advisor or ask for additional details. Uploaded or described technical information should be accurate enough for review; missing material, tolerance, machine model or service context may delay the response.
Quotes and technical guidance
Any quote, lead-time estimate, DFM comment, equipment suggestion or spare-part compatibility note is preliminary until confirmed in a written offer or contract. Buyers should verify dimensions, compliance requirements, utility needs, installation conditions, import rules and documentation scope before issuing a purchase order. Bodor Laser may revise recommendations when drawings, quantities, destinations, standards or service assumptions change.
When a buyer sends several file versions, the latest written clarification controls only after Bodor Laser acknowledges it. Users should not assume that a changed drawing, updated machine model or new service location has been included in a response unless the change is clearly identified in the same RFQ thread.
